Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Must have skills : ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
In the role of Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. This includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master actively works to identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring that members remain focused on their objectives. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and communicating the team's progress through relevant metrics, promoting transparency and continuous improvement throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to enhance productivity and cohesion.
Support the team in maintaining Agile best practices and adapting processes to improve efficiency.
Assist in resolving conflicts and fostering a positive team environment.
Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint activities.
Ability to identify and remove impediments to team progress effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration.
Capability to track and report project metrics to stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
