Technical Lead (TL)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead (TL) to join our dynamic engineering team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding a team of talented software engineers, providing technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring and fostering team growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can drive architectural decisions, implement best practices, and contribute significantly to the overall technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Drive the design and architecture of scalable, robust, and secure software systems, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Actively participate in the hands-on development of critical system components and features.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, tool adoption, and automation.
Facilitate technical discussions, decision-making, and problem-solving sessions within the team.
Contribute to the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to our products.
