Full job description

We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer & Creative Designer who can design modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications, while also handling graphic design and video editing requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX design, visual design, typography, layout, branding, and digital content creation. The role involves working across website and mobile app design as well as creating graphics and video content for marketing and social media.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX & Web/Mobile Design

Design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly websites and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Develop and maintain consistent UI components, styles, colors, typography, and design systems.
Understand project requirements and convert ideas/business requirements into effective design solutions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Review implemented designs and suggest improvements where required.

Graphic Design

Create professional and engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails, advertisements, presentations, and other digital graphics.
Design marketing and promotional materials in accordance with the company's brand identity.
Prepare graphics in different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, imagery, and visual communication.

Video Editing

Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional activities.
Create and edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, informational videos, and other short-form content.
Add captions, transitions, background music, sound effects, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
Resize and optimize videos according to the requirements of different social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience designing websites and mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
Good understanding of responsive design, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, typography, color theory, and layout.
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
Good understanding of social media design and video formats.
Strong visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to understand requirements and independently develop creative design solutions.
Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in designing websites, mobile applications, dashboards, landing pages, and digital products.
Ability to work across UI/UX, graphic design, and video editing rather than focusing on only one area.
Understanding of current digital design and social media trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new design tools and technologies.
A strong portfolio showcasing website, mobile app, graphic design, and video editing work will be highly preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a multi-skilled creative professional who can contribute across the complete digital design workflow — from designing a website or mobile app interface to creating marketing graphics and editing videos for digital and social media platforms.

The primary focus of the role will be UI/UX and web/mobile app design, while graphic design and video editing will be important supporting responsibilities.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
