Full job description

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software, good communication skills, and basic accounting knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounting transactions, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate with Accounting knowledge

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Accounts.
Experience using Busy Accounting Software is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy Software.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and payment entries.
Manage invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Maintain GST-related records and documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and billing.
Ensure accurate record keeping and timely data entry.
Support senior accountants in daily accounting activities.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
