Full job description

The Junior Network Engineer & General Office Maintenance Executive is responsible for maintaining the company's basic IT infrastructure, network connectivity, office equipment, and providing general administrative and facility support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

A. Network & IT Support

Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and biometric devices.
Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain network documentation, asset inventory, and software license records.

B. Office Equipment Maintenance

Ensure proper functioning of printers, photocopiers, telephones, CCTV systems, and access control devices.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities with service providers.

C. General Office & Facility Maintenance

Monitor office cleanliness, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate repairs related to electrical, plumbing, furniture, and office infrastructure.
Ensure availability of office supplies and stationery.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in network support, IT helpdesk, or office maintenance.
Freshers with relevant certifications may also apply.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of CCTV and biometric systems is preferred.
Basic hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
