Shanvia Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced, and proactive Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial transactions, ensure statutory compliance, and manage cash flow effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Core Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date day-to-day accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Taxation & Compliance: Handle end-to-end GST filing, reconciliation, and statutory compliance (TDS, PT, etc.).
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow, optimize liquidity, and maintain the daily cash/bank book.
Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Banking & Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor ledger verifications, and handle accounts payable/receivable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Software Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.
Tax Expertise: Thorough understanding of GST regulations, returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation), and general Indian taxation.
Experience: Proven track record in daily financial operations, cash management, and commercial accounting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent financial qualification.
Attributes: Strong analytical skills, high accuracy in data entry, and excellent organizational abilities.
