We are looking for a results-driven eCommerce Performance Marketing & Marketplace Executive to accelerate our online growth through strategic advertising, marketplace management, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Performance Marketing & Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central), Nykaa,Flipkart, Myntra, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) while driving sales through our Shopify website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace advertising, D2C performance marketing, catalog optimization, promotional planning, and campaign analysis to maximize sales and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on:
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Amazon Vendor Central Advertising
- Nykaa Ads
- Flipkart Ads
- Myntra Advertising
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, keywords, placements, and budgets.
- Improve marketplace advertising metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute advertising strategies during major marketplace sale events such as Amazon Great Indian Festival, Prime Day, Nykaa Pink Friday Sale, and Myntra End of Reason Sale (EORS).
Shopify Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the Secret Lives Shopify website.
- Manage campaigns for:
- Website Conversions
- Catalog Sales
- Customer Acquisition
- Retargeting & Remarketing
- Product Launches
- Seasonal & Promotional Campaigns
- Build and optimize Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting campaigns using Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Continuously optimize creatives, audience targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize ROAS.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy.
- Monitor Shopify sales performance and customer journeys using Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content optimization across Amazon, Flipkart,Nykaa, and Myntra.
- Ensure pricing, inventory, product availability, and catalog health are maintained.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to drive business growth and resolve operational issues.
- Execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and seasonal offers.
Performance & Analytics
- Track advertising and marketplace KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, customer behavior, search terms, and competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve both paid and organic visibility across marketplaces and the Shopify website.
- Monitor marketplace health metrics and recommend strategies to improve overall business performance.
Catalog & Brand Content
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, Brand Store, images, and videos across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-converting banners, lifestyle images, videos, and promotional assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with Secret Lives' premium brand positioning and visual identity.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with supply chain, operations, finance, customer support, and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Coordinate inventory planning before major sale events to avoid stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce performance marketing and marketplace management.
- Prior experience in fashion, lingerie, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Amazon Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are an added advantage.
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar marketplace analytics tools is a plus.
