Job Title: Godown Keeper

Department: Stores / Warehouse

Location: Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai - 410218

Reporting To: Office Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

HD Industries is seeking a responsible and organized Godown Keeper to manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring the godown remains clean, organized, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
Maintain proper records of stock received, issued, and available.
Arrange and organize materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
Prepare materials for dispatch as per company requirements.
Assist in loading and unloading materials.
Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or damages.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the godown.
Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments regarding inventory.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Physically fit to handle routine warehouse activities.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th pass.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management will be an added advantage

Working Conditions

Candidate must be willing to travel to Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai.
Must comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical business practices.
Six-day working week as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
