DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: TT Devassy Jewellery
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company’s digital marketing activities, strengthen online presence, generate leads, and increase customer engagement and sales through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the creative team for photos, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Generate and follow up on digital leads in coordination with the sales team.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Assist in SEO, Google search visibility, website content, and online reputation management.
Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Maintain the company’s online brand image and ensure consistent communication across platforms.
Support marketing campaigns during festivals, special occasions, new product launches, and promotional events.
Coordinate with influencers, content creators, photographers, and external digital marketing agencies when required.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.
Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
Strong content creation and social media skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut/Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Creative thinking with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports.
Knowledge of the jewellery/luxury retail industry will be an added advantage.
