Full job description

About the Role

Labkafe is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Creative Content Executive who can manage our social media presence while creating engaging visual and video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, graphic design, video editing, visual communication, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across Labkafe's social media platforms.

· Develop engaging social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos.

· Design high-quality graphics aligned with Labkafe's brand identity and communication style.

· Create product and marketing design panels for furniture, wallpapers, interior products, and other relevant categories.

· Design visually appealing presentation panels, product panels, mood boards, catalog creatives, and promotional layouts.

· Create basic graphic design materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentation decks, digital advertisements, and marketing collaterals.

· Edit, resize, adapt, and format creatives for different digital platforms and print requirements.

· Support the team with day-to-day graphic design requirements and ensure consistency across all visual communication.

· Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and use Adobe After Effects when required for motion graphics, animations, and creative enhancements.

· Create content calendars in coordination with the marketing and business teams.

· Stay updated with social media trends, formats, viral content, design trends, and platform updates.

· Use AI tools where appropriate to improve ideation, content creation, design, and workflow efficiency.

· Write or assist with engaging captions, hooks, and basic social media copy.

· Monitor content performance and engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and interaction.

· Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns around products, events, festivals, announcements, and brand initiatives.

· Ensure consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand representation across all social media channels and marketing materials.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.

· Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.

· Strong understanding of layout design, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.

· Ability to create product panels, presentation layouts, mood boards, and marketing creatives.

· Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.

· Ability to create engaging reels, short videos, motion graphics, and visual storytelling content.

· Awareness of current social media trends and digital content culture.

· Ability to use AI-powered creative tools responsibly and effectively.

· Strong creativity and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual content.

· Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, or a related field.

· A portfolio showcasing social media creatives, graphic design work, product panels, reels, or edited videos.

· Experience working with furniture, interiors, architecture, lifestyle brands, startups, agencies, or digital-first businesses is a plus.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just technically skilled but genuinely creative. The candidate should be comfortable balancing social media content creation with everyday graphic design requirements. They should understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage with content, and remember a brand. A strong sense of experimentation, originality, storytelling, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail will be highly valued.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
