Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager – Automobile

Company: Maruti Nexa Dealership
Location: NIT, Faridabad
Experience: Relevant Automobile Sales Experience
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹90,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to manage showroom sales operations and lead the sales team at an authorized Maruti Nexa dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily showroom sales operations.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and sales follow-ups.
Monitor leads and sales conversions.
Explain vehicle features, finance options and offers.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and escalations.
Coordinate with CRM, finance and showroom teams.
Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills:

Relevant automobile sales experience.
Team handling and leadership experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling skills.
Target achievement experience.
Knowledge of showroom sales processes.
Maruti/Nexa experience preferred.
EV sales experience will be an advantage.
