.Job Title: Backend Technical Support – Nurse Calling System

Location: Madipakkam, Chennai

Department: Technical Support / Customer Service

Reports To: Technical Support Manager

Experience: 1–5 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team for the **Nurse Calling System**. The candidate will be responsible for handling client technical queries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing backend support, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical assistance and backend support for the Nurse Calling System.

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and device-related issues.

* Handle customer queries and provide technical solutions through phone, email, or chat, preferably in Telugu.

* Support system installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance activities.

* Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with field engineers and senior technical staff for resolution.

* Monitor and follow up on open support tickets until issues are resolved.

* Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.

* Escalate complex technical problems to the Technical Support Manager or senior technical team.

* Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints.

* Provide remote technical guidance to engineers and customers when required.

* Maintain proper records of service requests, device issues, and customer feedback.

* Follow company procedures and technical support standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or degree in **Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

1- 2 years of experience in technical support, customer support, hardware support, networking, or a related field.

* Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.

* Experience in troubleshooting electronic devices or technical systems will be an added advantage.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good customer-handling and communication skills.

* Ability to understand technical issues and provide clear solutions.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical team.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Other Requirements

Candidates with experience in Nurse Calling Systems, Hospital IT Systems, Networking, CCTV, Electronic Devices, or similar technical products will be preferred.

Candidates must own a bike for commuting to the office/customer locations.

Candidates should reside within approximately 7 km of Madipakkam or be willing to relocate to a nearby PG.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Must be willing to work in a customer-focused technical support environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
