Job Title: Documentation & Data Management Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

Samraj Solar Energies is seeking a detail-oriented and & Data Management Executive to handle solar installation data updates and office documentation work. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MS Office and a strong understanding of system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update solar installation data in internal records and systems.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including agreements, reports, and technical documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records related to solar projects.
Handle office documentation work such as billing records, purchase orders, and compliance-related files.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and organize necessary data.
Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) efficiently for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Assist in maintaining digital and physical documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Support general office administration tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, data management, or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
Strong system operating skills with the ability to manage digital records efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
