Job Title: Project Coordinator Intern

Experience: 0–6 Months

Location: Dwarka Sector 12, New Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and maintain project documentation.
Follow up with team members regarding task updates and project deliverables.
Prepare project status reports and maintain project trackers.
Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and dependencies.
Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and project teams.
Support project managers in daily operational and administrative activities.
Maintain organized records of project-related documents and communications.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Basic understanding of project coordination and workflow management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Prior internship, academic projects, or coordination experience will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Recent graduates or students pursuing/completed a degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related fields.
Candidates with 0–6 months of internship or professional experience are encouraged to apply.
