We're Hiring | Senior Content Strategist & Creative Producer
Artificilux VN Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and strategic professional who can take ownership of the complete content process — from idea and strategy to scripting, shoot planning, production, and execution with our team. We are looking for an all-rounder who understands content deeply, has practical camera and production knowledge, can direct client shoots, and knows how to create content that performs organically across digital platforms.
Position:- Senior Content Strategist & Creative Producer
Location :- South Delhi, Onsite/Hybrid Full Time
Experience:- 2–5 Years
Compensation:- ₹20K – ₹35K per month (Final compensation will depend on experience, portfolio, practical assessment, creativity, and overall interview performance).
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop content strategies for clients across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Research trending topics, audience interests, competitors and content opportunities.
- Create strong hooks, content ideas, scripts, storytelling frameworks and content calendars.
- Plan and manage client shoots from concept to execution.
- Prepare shot lists, references, locations, camera setups and production requirements.
- Direct and coordinate shoots to ensure the required footage, angles, B-roll and audio are captured properly.
- Work with photographers, videographers, editors and designers to execute content efficiently.
- Understand camera framing, composition, lighting, audio and basic cinematography.
- Coordinate directly with clients during content planning and shoots.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, algorithms and AI-powered content workflows.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:- We're looking for a Content Strategist + Creative Producer, not a traditional content writer.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand a client's brand, develop a content strategy, write the concept/script, plan the shoot, direct the execution, and coordinate with the production team until the final content is ready.
Candidates with experience working with creators, podcasts, founders, personal brands, coaches, businesses or media companies will be preferred.
Strong camera knowledge, on-ground shoot experience, creative thinking, ownership, problem-solving ability and the confidence to handle clients independently will be highly valued.
