About the Role
Voltaire Power Systems LLP is an industrial manufacturing company specializing in Servo Voltage Stabilizers, APFC Panels, Isolation Transformers and LT Panels. We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage day-to-day coordination with customers and prospects.
The role involves handling incoming enquiries, coordinating quotations, following up with customers, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, production and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to sales enquiries received through Google, WhatsApp, phone calls, email and referrals.
- Understand basic customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team for suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices and other commercial documents.
- Follow up with prospective customers regarding quotations, negotiations and order status.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Track enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
- Coordinate with production and management regarding order status, delivery schedules and dispatches.
- Coordinate with customers for purchase orders, advance payments and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and sales activities in the company's CRM/system.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly and fulfilled on time.
- Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel, Word and email.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain organized records and work with CRM/software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn technical products.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in B2B sales coordination, industrial products, electrical equipment, manufacturing, electrical panels, automation, power equipment or engineering products will be preferred.
Experience with quotations, purchase orders, customer follow-ups and sales coordination will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, persistent with follow-ups and comfortable communicating with customers. The candidate should be able to independently manage day-to-day sales coordination while keeping the sales team and management updated.
This is a coordination-focused sales role. Candidates who enjoy customer communication, follow-ups and closing the loop on pending enquiries will be a good fit.
