Position: Clinic Coordinator
Location: Shivam Building, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Esplanade, Mullick Bazar, Taltala, Kolkata – 700016
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Industry: Healthcare / Multi-Specialty Clinic
Employment Type: Full-time (Rotational shifts & weekend availability)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Clinic Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our multi-specialty clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills, along with experience in clinic operations, revenue generation, doctor coordination, and patient relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate with doctors regarding schedules, onboarding, and operational support.
Ensure excellent patient experience through effective customer service.
Generate revenue by improving patient engagement and clinic performance.
Manage clinic infrastructure, staff coordination, and administrative activities.
Handle patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR/EHR systems.
Assist with insurance claim processing and medical billing.
Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly.
Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with clinic policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic administration or sales in a multi-specialty clinic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in clinic revenue generation and infrastructure management.
Experience in doctor onboarding and coordination.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR software.
Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance claim processing.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
A strong network within the Kolkata medical fraternity will be an added advantage.
No age restriction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
