Airen International Limited, a leading manufacturer of PP / BOPP Woven Sacks in India, operates its Head Office in Indore and a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.

Position Details

Position: Accounts Head / Finance Head

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Management / Director

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: In-person

Role Summary

The Accounts Head / Finance Head will be responsible for managing the complete accounting and financial operations of the organization. The role includes financial planning, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, MIS reporting, and ensuring accurate financial records while supporting management in strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Manage the complete accounting operations of the company.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
Oversee daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Finance & Budgeting

Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business projections.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.
Ensure effective utilization of financial resources.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate preparation and filing of statutory returns.
Handle assessments, notices, and correspondence with government authorities.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Banking & Treasury Management

Manage banking relationships and coordinate with financial institutions.
Handle working capital facilities, term loans, overdrafts, bank guarantees, and other banking operations.
Monitor fund availability and payment planning.
Coordinate documentation required for banking and financial transactions.

Audit & Internal Controls

Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and bank audits.
Ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audit purposes.

Team Management & Coordination

Lead and supervise the Accounts and Finance team.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor departmental performance.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, HR, Administration, Sales, and Stores departments for financial matters.
Guide team members on accounting policies and financial procedures.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare financial reports, profitability analysis, cost reports, and management presentations.
Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory from a financial perspective.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal procedures.
Support management during financial reviews and business planning.

Skills & Qualifications

MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing industries.
Experience in handling complete accounting, taxation, banking, audits, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
