Job Description – Data Entry Operator / Office Executive / Government Tender Executive Position Data Entry Operator / Office Executive / Government Tender Executive Job Location Jind, Haryana Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to handle data entry, office administration, documentation, government tender work, and online portal-related activities. The candidate should be comfortable working with computers, MS Office, online government portals, and official documentation. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Documentation - Enter, update, and maintain office data accurately. - Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, registers, and records. - Handle scanning, printing, photocopying, filing, and document management. - Maintain digital and physical records systematically. - Prepare letters, applications, quotations, invoices, and other official documents. Office Executive Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day office documentation and administrative work. - Coordinate with staff, clients, government departments, and other stakeholders. - Prepare official correspondence and follow up on pending matters. - Maintain office files and ensure documents are available when required. - Assist management with reports and administrative tasks. Government Tender Work - Search and monitor government tenders on GeM, Haryana e-Tender, CPPP, and other government portals. - Download and study tender documents, NITs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions. - Prepare tender-related documents and check required certificates, affidavits, EMD, experience documents, GST, PAN, and other requirements. - Prepare and upload technical and financial bid documents. - Coordinate with management for tender submissions and clarifications. - Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, bid status, work orders, and agreements. - Maintain complete records of submitted tenders and related correspondence. Required Skills - Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. - Good typing and data-entry skills. - Basic knowledge of government tender/e-tender procedures. - Ability to work with online government portals. - Good documentation and file-management skills. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Qualification - Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. - Candidates with experience in office administration, data entry, e-tendering, GeM, or government tender work will be preferred. Experience 0–3 years. Experienced candidates with government tender/e-tender experience will be given preference. Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and skills. Preferred Candidate A candidate who is computer-savvy, disciplined, responsible, and capable of independently handling office work, documentation, data entry, and government tender-related activities.

Pay: ₹11,691.50 - ₹15,000.00 per month
