Overview & Responsibilities
The Senior Partner – Finance Transformation will be the senior anchor for Finance Transformation within the India Consulting Hub, responsible for scaling a globally relevant, commercially sharp and innovation-led consulting capability from India. The role will combine CFO advisory credibility, business-building accountability, delivery assurance and people leadership to help Wipro Consulting win, deliver and scale Finance Transformation programs across global markets.
This is a strategic leadership role with accountability across four core ICH priorities—Sell, Deliver, Innovate and People—while bringing deep expertise across the Finance Transformation portfolio

The Senior Partner will work closely with global Finance Transformation leadership, market units, account teams, GBLs, BPS, Technology Transformation, ecosystem partners and ICH leadership to create pull-through opportunities for the broader Wipro Consulting ecosystem. The role will position ICH Finance Transformation as a trusted global engine for scalable delivery, sales enablement, reusable assets, AI-led accelerators, differentiated PoVs and measurable client value.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of business development, consulting delivery, CFO-domain depth, technology awareness and people leadership, with the ability to operate credibly with senior clients while building scalable capability within the India Consulting Hub.

Role Mandate
- Sell: Enable global pipeline growth by shaping CFO-focused value propositions, proactive origination themes, pursuits, RFP responses, client workshops, demos, case studies and sales collateral across Finance Transformation offerings.
- Deliver: Govern high-quality global delivery from India through standard delivery methods, quality assurance, benefit realization, client satisfaction, escalation management, knowledge repositories and integrated working with market and account teams.
- Innovate: Build market-relevant Finance Transformation assets, PoCs, AI-led accelerators, PoVs and solution playbooks in partnership with global practices, alliances, innovation teams and client-facing consulting teams.
- People: Build and engage a high-performing ICH Finance Transformation team through capability pathways, mentoring, utilization discipline, bench readiness, succession planning, inclusion and top-quartile engagement.

Strategic orientation with the ability to translate Wipro Consulting’s global Finance Transformation agenda into a clear India Hub operating plan across growth, delivery, innovation and talent.
Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills across global markets, functional practices, GBLs, BPS, Technology teams, ecosystem partners and ICH consultants.
Successful in shaping consulting-led Finance Transformation opportunities, supporting multimillion-dollar pursuits, and creating reusable pursuit assets, value cases and delivery models that improve win probability and execution quality.
Bring a proactive, self-sufficient and commercially disciplined approach to mobilizing ICH capability for global pursuits, client workshops, proposal development, solution shaping and delivery governance.
Delivery and program expertise with experience in leading multi-shore consulting engagements, managing distributed teams, driving measurable client outcomes and embedding sustainable ways of working from India.
Transformation Leadership and Innovation
Be a champion and passionate advocate for Finance Transformation from the India Consulting Hub, helping reposition Wipro as a consulting-led, AI-powered transformation partner for the CFO office across global markets.
Shape transformation propositions using Finance Strategy, Target Operating Model, Process Excellence, Digital Finance, EPM, Controls, Treasury, AI, automation, analytics and process intelligence to solve CFO priorities with tangible business value.
Act as an influential internal change agent with gravitas and a business-building mindset, able to align ICH teams, global practice leaders, market stakeholders and partner ecosystems around common growth and delivery outcomes.
Bring strong consulting disciplines including program management, value engineering, executive storytelling, commercial awareness, quality assurance, knowledge management and benefit realization.
Possess strong working knowledge of finance technologies and transformation enablers including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC, Oracle EPM Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Board, Anaplan, Celonis, ARIS, BlackLine, Trintech, AI, automation and analytics platforms.

Creative, collaborative and motivating consulting leader who can align diverse India Hub teams around shared outcomes across sell, deliver, innovate and people priorities.
Nurture, develop and mentor top Finance Transformation talent into future consulting leaders, with clear capability pathways across core offerings, consulting skills, AI, automation and digital finance.
Execute the people strategy for ICH Finance Transformation in collaboration with HR and recruitment, including workforce planning, utilization, bench readiness, succession planning, onboarding and engagement.
Proactively attract, retain and grow diverse consulting talent across Finance Transformation sub-offerings, ensuring ICH has the capacity and depth to support global demand.
Thought Leadership and Market Presence
Strong knowledge of the CFO agenda and the ability to translate global Finance Transformation trends into ICH-led propositions, delivery assets and advisory content across process, data, technology, AI and operating model themes.
Bring a clear point of view on the issues facing CFOs and demonstrate how ICH can create differentiated value through global delivery integration, AI-powered accelerators, process excellence, value engineering and measurable business outcomes.
Ability to engage with global industry leaders, analysts, alliances and internal stakeholders on emerging CFO trends, AI-led Finance Transformation, GCC strategy and operating model modernization.
Proactively propose solutions, investments and capability-building priorities for ICH Finance Transformation, supported by published artifacts, PoVs, accelerators, webinars, client showcases and analyst interactions.
Create and institutionalize reusable content including offering playbooks, proposal assets, benchmark insights, value case models, delivery templates, case studies, blogs and whitepapers.
Use internal and external channels effectively to enhance Wipro Consulting’s Finance Transformation brand and reinforce ICH as a global hub for delivery excellence, innovation and premium consulting talent.
