Full job description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering the target GPW numbers of an assigned territory through building a robust, effective and de-risked agency channel.

Reports to: Retail Business Development Manager.

Team Reporting:
Will be expected to connect, recruit and handle a team of freelance agents, and drive the same to meet stated business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Generation of Leads.
Recruitment of new agents, in accordance with laid down regulations regarding agent recruitment.
Activation of agents.
Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements.
Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure.
Candidate needs to have good communication skills, perserverance and willingness to learn.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills

Needs to have spent at least 0-1 year in Sales function of insurance or non-insurance company. Minimum expected qualification – Graduation.
Candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, adaptability, goal orientation and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
