Full job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager/Senior Sales Executive with a strong network in the Kolkata corporate market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling enterprise IT infrastructure solutions to large corporate organizations, government departments, and PSUs. The role requires excellent relationship-building skills, solution-selling expertise, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage business opportunities with large enterprises, corporate clients, government organizations, and PSUs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with OEMs, technical teams, and internal stakeholders for solution design and project execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.

The candidate should have experience in selling one or more of the following:

Servers

High-Performance Computing (HPC)
Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
Network Management Systems (NMS)
Antivirus (AV) & Endpoint Security

Required Experience

3–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure sales.
Proven track record of selling IT hardware and networking solutions.
Prior experience handling Large Enterprises, Corporate Accounts, Government Departments, and PSUs.
Strong network within the Kolkata corporate and government ecosystem.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
