Job Title: Telecaller – Admissions

Location: The Cambria International School & Junior College, Kalyan West

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling prospective parents, following up on admission enquiries, scheduling campus visits, and supporting the admissions process to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to school admissions.
Contact prospective parents generated through the website, social media, campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Explain the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
Counsel parents regarding the most suitable academic program based on their child's age and requirements.
Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, assessments, and admission meetings.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status in the CRM/ERP system.
Coordinate with the Admissions Counsellor, Marketing Team, Front Office, and Academic Team to ensure a seamless admission process.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission conversion targets.
Address parent queries professionally and escalate complex concerns when required.
Prepare daily call reports, lead status reports, and conversion reports for management.
Participate in admission drives, open houses, education fairs, and promotional events as required.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions, educational sales, or counselling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Customer-centric approach with a pleasant telephone etiquette.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and work under admission targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
