Job Description – Tele Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

Codeulas Innovations Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales & Marketing Executive to support the company's business development and customer acquisition activities.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers through telephone calls and digital communication, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, generating qualified leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and following up with prospects to support successful sales conversions.

The role provides exposure to SaaS platforms, ERP solutions, business management software, custom software development, mobile applications, websites, and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
Introduce Codeulas Innovations' software products and IT services to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
Generate new leads through telecalling, online research, referrals, databases, and digital channels.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, interest, and purchase potential.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for interested prospects.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing plans, and service offerings clearly.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
Convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams when required.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Work toward assigned monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sales targets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management and product teams.
Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities for company products and services.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related fields will be preferred.
Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers over telephone and digital channels.
Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
Ability to understand software products and explain them in simple business terms.
Good follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internet research.
Ability to work independently as well as within a sales team.
Target-oriented and willing to learn about new technologies and software solutions.
