Job Title: IT Support Associate (Fresher) – UK Shift

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Shift: UK Shift

Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Associates to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to end users. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and support users in a UK-shift environment. Candidates with basic knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and connectivity problems.
- Respond to user queries via calls, emails, and support tickets.
- Support users with Office 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Create, update, and manage support tickets.
- Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Document incidents and resolutions.
- Meet SLA timelines for issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer support and communication.
- Assist users with basic cloud platform access, cloud-based applications, and related support requests.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Teams.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in IT Support.

Required Qualification · Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, M.Sc (Computers), or related fields.

Basic exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or cloud certification training will be an added advantage.
