Pay: ₹35,000.00-₹55,000.00 per month
Job Description:
HyreSpot is looking for an energetic and business-focused Candidates to expand and strengthen our partner network.
In this role, you will connect with potential channel partners, introduce them to HyreSpot’s services, support them in generating business, and maintain productive long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting people, developing partnerships, and working towards sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential channel partners in assigned markets.
Approach prospective partners and explain HyreSpot’s services and business opportunities.
Manage the complete partner onboarding process.
Develop strong working relationships with new and existing channel partners.
Generate sales leads and revenue opportunities through the partner network.
Conduct business presentations, product demonstrations, and partner training programmes.
Provide partners with the information and support required to engage customers effectively.
Plan regular follow-ups and partner engagement activities.
Monitor leads, conversions, revenue, and overall partner performance.
Encourage underperforming partners and help them improve their business contribution.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales activities.
Prepare periodic performance reports and share updates with management.
Work closely with sales, marketing, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Study market trends and identify new locations or partnership opportunities.
Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in channel sales, B2B sales, business development, franchise development, or partner management.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in approaching businesses and developing new professional relationships.
Ability to understand customer and partner requirements.
Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel for partner meetings and business-development activities.
Candidates with an existing business network will have an added advantage.
