Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital inquiries, and networking.
Meet prospective residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Explain product features, pricing, government subsidies, financing options, and return on investment (ROI).
Conduct site visits along with the technical team when required.
Prepare and present quotations and follow up with customers until closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, or related industries.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
