Job Summary
We are looking for accurate, responsible and customer-friendly candidates to join our team as Billing Executives at our Forest Village & Aviary facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.
The Billing Executive will be responsible for handling ticketing and billing transactions, collecting payments, issuing tickets/receipts, maintaining transaction records and assisting visitors with billing-related enquiries.

- Handle day-to-day ticketing and billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue entry tickets, receipts and other applicable documents to visitors.
- Receive payments through cash, card, UPI and other approved payment methods.
- Ensure accuracy of billing, ticket quantities, applicable rates and collections.
- Handle cash responsibly and follow prescribed cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily billing, ticketing and collection records.
- Reconcile daily collections with billing/POS records.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Operations and Finance & Accounts teams.
- Assist visitors with ticketing, billing and payment-related enquiries.
- Handle billing discrepancies and immediately report irregularities to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handover of cash and transaction records at the end of each shift.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and transaction information.
- Assist with smooth visitor movement at ticket counters during peak periods.
- Support special events, holidays and high-footfall periods as required.
- Assist with basic reports and documentation related to daily billing and collections.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the billing counter.
- Maintain professional grooming, personal hygiene and appearance standards.
- Follow company SOPs, billing procedures, safety standards and HR policies.
- Perform other billing and ticketing-related duties assigned by the management.
Qualification Required
- Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com / Commerce background will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and computer applications.
- Knowledge of billing software or POS systems will be an advantage.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Billing, Ticketing, Cashiering, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, Amusement Parks, Hotels or Customer Service may apply.
- Previous experience in ticketing, POS operations or cash handling will be an advantage but is not mandatory for freshers.
