Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a strong interest in quality assurance and manufacturing processes. The role involves inspecting raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections of incoming raw materials and components.
Perform quality checks on semi-finished products during various stages of production.
Inspect packaging materials, cartons, labels, and packing boxes for quality and specification compliance.
Carry out in-process quality checks on production lines and workstations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Inspect finished products before dispatch to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Identify, record, and report quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Coordinate with production and stores teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and quality processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Quality Inspection.
Strong interest in electrical and electronic products and manufacturing processes.
Basic knowledge of quality inspection techniques and testing procedures.
Ability to identify defects and maintain accurate inspection records.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications is preferred.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in an electrical, electronics, or manufacturing environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
