Title: Course Advisor

Work Mode Opportunities:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Course Advisor responsible for introducing our courses to customers and students, explaining benefits, and converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce and explain course details to customers and students
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and inquiries
Build interest in courses and address queries professionally
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions (closure)
Maintain lead data and update records regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Achieve sales/admission targets

Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s degree
Good and presentable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
