Full job description

Material Procurement Planning: Identifying project material requirements and preparing procurement schedules based on project drawings, specifications, site requirements, and timelines.
Supplier & Vendor Management: Identifying reliable suppliers and vendors, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Material Sourcing & Purchase Orders: Sourcing construction materials, equipment, and other required items at competitive prices while ensuring the required quality and specifications. Preparing and processing purchase orders accordingly.
Quotation & Cost Comparison: Collecting and evaluating supplier quotations, preparing comparative statements, negotiating the best prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
Material Coordination & Delivery: Coordinating with site engineers, project managers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure materials are delivered to the site on time and according to project requirements.
Quality & Specification Compliance: Ensuring all procured materials meet approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements before purchase and delivery.
Inventory & Material Tracking: Monitoring material orders, stock levels, deliveries, and consumption to prevent shortages, over-ordering, delays, and unnecessary wastage.
Procurement Documentation: Maintaining proper records of quotations, purchase orders, supplier details, delivery notes, invoices, material approvals, and other procurement-related documents.
Cost Control & Savings: Monitoring procurement costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring purchases remain within the approved project budget.
Supplier Performance Monitoring: Evaluating supplier performance based on price, quality, delivery time, reliability, and service, and taking corrective action when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
