About Us: SalonCapp Technologies Private Limited is a fast-growing salon management, technology, and digital marketing solutions company dedicated exclusively to salons, spas, and beauty businesses. We help simplify operations, enhance customer experiences, attract more customers, and drive business growth through smart technology, automation, and salon-focused digital marketing services including social media, SEO, Google Business Profile, paid advertising, content creation, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to grow brand presence, engagement, and lead generation.
Utilize Meta Business Suite and other platform tools to schedule posts, run paid ads, and monitor performance metrics.
Create visually appealing graphics, creatives, and marketing designs for social media, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Edit and produce high-quality video content (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Promotional Videos) for social media and digital campaigns.
Write compelling, high-quality captions, ad copies, and marketing content aligned with brand voice.
Leverage AI tools and platforms for content creation, automation, ad optimization, and performance tracking.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and software demo bookings.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, SaaS marketing, digital advertising, and AI-driven marketing tools.

Requirements & Qualifications:

0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Social Media Management.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut for video editing.
Strong content writing skills for social media and marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta AI tools, etc.) for content creation and campaign optimization.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media strategy, paid ads, and lead generation.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Basic video editing skills for reels, ads, and promotional content.
Exceptional content writing and storytelling ability.
Strong awareness and practical use of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
