Job Title: .NET Developer / ASP.NET Web Developer

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Description

Point 2 Point Solutions is looking for a skilled and passionate .NET Developer / ASP.NET Web Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in ASP.NET development, database management, and front-end technologies, along with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC/Web Forms, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.
Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and complex queries.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services where required.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain existing applications and implement new features based on client requirements.
Ensure applications are secure, responsive, and optimized for performance.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in ASP.NET/C# development.
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
Experience working with REST APIs and web services.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Entity Framework or LINQ.
Knowledge of Web APIs, JSON, XML, and API integrations.
Exposure to Azure, IIS deployment, or cloud-based hosting will be an added advantage.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Knowledge of CMS platforms or e-commerce applications is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
