You will be aligned with the Marketing Operations vertical, supporting digital search and discoverability analytics across SEO, AEO and GEO. You will analyse organic search performance, technical SEO health, AI search visibility, answer engine performance, content discoverability and digital acquisition trends to improve search visibility, website traffic, customer engagement and search-led conversions. You will work with content, UX, analytics, development, SEO and marketing teams to identify performance gaps, track key search metrics, support technical audits, build reports and provide actionable recommendations.
What are we looking for? ? 2–5 years of experience in SEO analytics, digital analytics, web analytics, search performance reporting, or digital marketing analytics. ? Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including crawling, indexing, ranking factors, metadata, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, structured data, and technical SEO best practices. ? Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and web analytics tools. ? Experience analyzing organic search performance, keyword/query trends, rankings, landing page performance, traffic sources, user behavior, and search-led conversions. ? Understanding of AEO and GEO concepts, including answer engine visibility, AI search presence, entity optimization, structured content, and content discoverability ? Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline analytics workflows, and enhance operational efficiency ? Ability to build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets ? Strong analytical skills to identify trends, performance gaps, content opportunities, and digital journey insights ? Ability to translate data into clear, business-friendly insights and recommendations ? Understanding of GEO concepts, AI search ecosystems, entity optimization, answer engine visibility and AI visibility measurement ? Experience with tools such as Profound, BrightEdge, Conductor, Semrush, Similarweb, Sitebulb or equivalent tools ? Working knowledge of schema markup, structured data validation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical site health reporting ? Experience with AI search visibility monitoring, LLM answer tracking, entity analysis, or generative search optimization ? Basic SQL skills for joining web, campaign, content, and conversion datasets ? Experience with content performance analytics, customer journey analytics, and conversion funnel analysis ? Exposure to paid search, paid media, campaign analytics, or CRM data for integrated digital performance reporting ? Experience in airline, travel, loyalty, retail, financial services, or large-scale digital businesses ? Good understanding of tagging, tracking, UTM governance, web measurement, and KPI definitions ? Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities: ? Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexation, metadata, canonicals, redirects, internal linking, site architecture, structured data and page performance ? Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, search intent analysis and topic research to identify organic growth opportunities ? Monitor website and search performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and AI visibility platforms such as Profound or similar ? Support GEO initiatives by evaluating AI search visibility, entity optimization, schema implementation, citation frequency and AI search performance ? Track and report SEO, AEO and GEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, indexation, technical health, AI visibility, citation frequency, landing page performance and search-led conversions ? Support structured data implementation and validation across key schema types, including Organization, Product, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb, Service and Video schema ? Review website launches, migrations and content updates to ensure SEO best practices are implemented correctly ? Analyze SEO and GEO data to identify trends, risks, technical issues and optimization opportunities ? Build and maintain SEO, AEO, GEO and digital performance reports, dashboards and performance summaries ? Collaborate with content, UX, analytics and development teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into digital initiatives ? Perform ongoing QA reviews to identify and resolve critical SEO issues affecting search visibility, discoverability and user experience ? Maintain SEO documentation, audit findings, implementation recommendations, reporting methodology and best practice guidelines ? Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise and actionable manner
