Job Description:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit premium-quality photographs and cinematic videos for luxury hospitality, including rooms, villas, restaurants, bars, spa, events, weddings, adventure experiences, and lifestyle campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, Sales, F&B, Events, and Operations teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver visually compelling content aligned with the brand identity.
3. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and shot lists for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, brand films, and social media content.
4. Capture luxury lifestyle imagery and authentic guest experiences that communicate the brand's premium positioning and emotional appeal.
5. Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.
6. Execute drone photography and videography (where licensed and permitted) to showcase the property's architecture, landscapes, and adventure attractions.
7. Perform professional photo retouching, colour grading, video editing, sound synchronization, motion graphics, and visual enhancements while maintaining brand standards.
8. Ensure proper lighting, camera composition, framing, and creative direction during indoor and outdoor shoots.
9. Organize, catalogue, and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library of photographs, videos, raw footage, and marketing content.
10. Coordinate with external agencies, production houses, models, stylists, makeup artists, photographers, and influencers whenever required.
11. Manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, storage, and readiness for all assignments.
12. Stay updated with the latest photography techniques, cinematography trends, editing technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and luxury hospitality content trends.
13. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
14. Ensure all visual content complies with brand guidelines, copyright regulations, and marketing standards.

Job Expectations:

The Creative Photographer & Videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and producing high-quality visual content that reflects the elegance, exclusivity, and luxury of the brand. The role requires creating compelling photography and cinematic videos that showcase the resort, luxury accommodations, fine dining, adventure experiences, events, weddings, wellness, and guest experiences across digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional storytelling abilities, a strong creative vision, technical expertise in photography and videography, and a passion for creating premium content that enhances brand positioning and guest engagement.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Photography, Cinematography, Visual Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.

2 - 4years
