Location Requirement: This is a hybrid position and not a fully remote role. Candidates must be available to work from our Mehsana office whenever required. Therefore, only candidates residing in Mehsana, Ahmedabad, or nearby areas who can conveniently commute to Mehsana should apply.

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, skilled, and efficient Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, branding, and promotional requirements.
The candidate should be comfortable handling both graphic design and video-editing assignments independently, understanding creative briefs, following different brand guidelines, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and consistently delivering professional-quality work.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, brochures, posters, thumbnails, presentations, and other marketing creatives.
- Design content according to different brand identities, colour combinations, fonts, layouts, and visual guidelines.
- Resize and adapt creatives for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and print requirements.
- Edit and enhance images while maintaining professional quality.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready design files.
- Complete revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Maintain properly organised and editable design files.
- Work efficiently while maintaining design quality and attention to detail.
Video Editing
- Edit videos in both vertical and horizontal formats.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, product videos, corporate videos, and other digital content.
- Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar professional software.
- Add transitions, captions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, motion graphics, visual effects, and colour correction where required.
- Convert raw footage into professional and engaging final videos.
- Resize and optimise videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Stay updated with current video-editing styles, social media trends, and content formats.
- The candidate must, at minimum, be capable of independently creating professional and engaging Reels.
AI-Generated Video Content
- Create high-quality AI-generated and AI-assisted video content using suitable tools and platforms.
- Generate AI visuals, video clips, animations, and other creative elements.
- Add suitable AI-generated voiceovers.
- Select appropriate voice, tone, pronunciation, pace, language, and delivery based on the content.
- Synchronise AI voiceovers with visuals, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
- Use AI tools effectively to improve both the quality and speed of content production.
- Stay updated with new AI video, image, animation, and voice-generation tools.
Mandatory Software Skills
Candidates must be proficient in:

Working Days & Hybrid Work Arrangement
- Regular working days will be Monday to Friday.
- Saturday may be declared a working day depending on workload, project deadlines, client requirements, or operational needs.
- Whenever Saturday is a working day, it will generally be considered a half working day.
- This is a hybrid work opportunity, with the office located in Mehsana, Gujarat.
- Remote work may be permitted on certain days depending on company requirements.

Compensation
The annual CTC for this position is ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,10,000 per annum.
The final offered salary will depend on the candidate’s practical skills, experience, portfolio quality, software knowledge, video-editing capabilities, AI-content creation skills, speed, overall suitability for the role, and additional experience in Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Important: This is a hybrid position based out of Mehsana, Gujarat. Applicants must be willing to work from the Mehsana office whenever required. Candidates from Mehsana, Ahmedabad, and nearby areas are preferred and should apply only if regular travel to the Mehsana office is feasible.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
