Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into admissions/sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct counselling and product/service presentations for prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to improve conversions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Support and guide junior BDA team members when required.
Take responsibility for achieving individual and team targets.
Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, counselling, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Previous experience in education sales/admissions will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
