Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Content Writer who can think beyond basic content and actually drive engagement, conversions, and brand positioning. This role is not about writing blogs for the sake of it. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact ad copies, scripts, and content that perform.

Key Responsibilities

Write high-converting ad copies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaigns
Develop video scripts for reels, ads, brand films, and promotional content
Create content strategies aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and video editors to execute campaigns
Translate marketing objectives into clear, compelling messaging
Adapt tone and style across industries and target audiences
Optimize content based on performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)
Review and improve existing content to increase effectiveness
Stay updated with content trends, hooks, and storytelling formats

Mandatory Skills (No Exceptions)

Strong expertise in Copywriting (sales-driven, conversion-focused)
Proven experience in Script Writing (short-form & long-form video content)
Ability to write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content
Deep understanding of digital marketing and content funnels
Strong grasp of hooks, storytelling, and attention retention techniques

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or related field

Salary: Based on skill, creativity, and execution quality
