Primary Responsibilities:

Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement within the software development lifecycle
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation for full-stack platforms
Lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications using Angular for the front-end and .NET for back-end services
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure within Azure or AWS to ensure high availability and security
Integrate and manage automated security testing, including DAST and SAST scans, to identify and remediate vulnerabilities early in the development process
Optimize application observability and system health by implementing advanced monitoring and alerting using Datadog
Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows and JFROG Artifactory to ensure consistent and high-quality software delivery
Take end-to-end accountability for application health, from initial design through production support and performance tuning
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Builder Responsibility:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of software development experience in a product-based environment
7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering
5+ years of experience developing with .NET and C#
4+ years of experience building responsive front-end applications with Angular
3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Experience configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows and JFROG Artifactory
Proven experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities using SAST and DAST tools

Preferred Qualifications:

BTech in Computer Science
Experience in designing and integrating AI-driven automations or features into enterprise applications
Advanced expertise in Datadog for full-stack monitoring and alerting
Solid understanding of secure coding practices and proactive vulnerability management
Proven excellent communication skills and a proven track record of taking ownership of complex technical projects
