Team Management and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and outreach officers, providing guidance, support, and training for success in achieving objectives, specifically focusing on initiatives related to school and community connections.
Campaign Oversight, Brand Management, and Deliverables:
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand compliance and consistent messaging.
Collaboration, Budget Oversight, and School Engagement:
- Collaborate with admission teams, academic departments, and stakeholders, aligning marketing efforts with enrolment goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing and outreach budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven marketing experience, preferably in the education sector, with a successful track record in campaign management. Previous leadership or managerial roles are desirable.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing within the education industry.
