Full job description

Job Summary:

The Rising Bloom Foundation is looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Content Creator & Influencer Marketing Executive to become the face of our NGO. The candidate will create engaging digital content, represent the organization on social media, and help increase awareness about our projects and social initiatives. The role involves planning, creating, presenting, and publishing content across multiple digital platforms.

The candidate should also be willing to travel for project activities, workshops, awareness campaigns, and field visits. Temporary relocation to other states may be required as per project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the NGO as the face of the organization on social media platforms
Create engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Appear confidently in reels, videos, interviews, and awareness campaigns
Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars
Write engaging captions, scripts, and campaign content
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partner organizations
Increase followers, subscribers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness
Cover NGO events, workshops, awareness drives, and field activities through photos and videos
Coordinate with the design and video editing team to produce high-quality content
Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident in front of the camera
Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and influencer marketing
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools
Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate as per project requirements

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media management
Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and on-camera presence may also apply
