Placement Coordinator

Company: Aharada Education (In Collaboration with IIMT University)
Location: IIMT University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

Aharada Education is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to join its team at IIMT University, Meerut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, organizing campus recruitment drives, facilitating internships, and ensuring excellent placement opportunities for students across various academic disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
Identify new employers and generate placement opportunities for students.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and virtual hiring events.
Arrange internships, live projects, industrial training, and apprenticeship opportunities.
Guide students in resume building, aptitude preparation, group discussions, and interview skills.
Coordinate pre-placement talks, guest lectures, career counseling sessions, and networking events.
Maintain student placement records, employer databases, and placement reports.
Collaborate with department heads and faculty members to improve students' employability.
Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports for university management.
Organize career fairs, job expos, and industry interaction programs.
Build strategic partnerships with startups, MSMEs, MNCs, and corporate organizations.
Ensure smooth coordination between recruiters, students, and academic departments throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA (HR/Marketing) will be preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, or Career Services.
Experience in campus placements within a university, college, or educational institution will be preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong corporate networking skills may also apply.
