TaskNera is looking for an experienced and high-performing Enterprise Sales Account Manager – SAP to drive new customer acquisition and enterprise revenue growth within the Indian domestic market.
This is a pure quota-carrying Hunter + Account Management role for an ambitious enterprise sales professional with strong SAP sales expertise.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring net-new enterprise logos, managing complex B2B sales cycles, exceeding individual annual quotas, and engaging directly with C-Suite stakeholders.
The candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to enterprise negotiations, closure, and account development.
Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Pipeline Generation
- Identify, prospect, and acquire net-new enterprise customers across India.
- Build and maintain a strong individual sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold outreach, account mapping, prospecting, and opportunity development.
- Develop strategic relationships within target enterprise accounts.
2. SAP Enterprise Sales
- Drive sales of SAP solutions, services, licenses, and related enterprise technology solutions.
- Leverage a minimum of 5+ years of SAP sales experience to identify customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Engage with organizations across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, and IT.
3. C-Level Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and CXOs.
- Engage directly with:
- CFO
- CIO
- COO
- CPO
- CDO
- Business Heads
- IT Heads
- Present business cases, ROI propositions, and solution benefits to senior stakeholders.
4. Consultative & Solution Selling
- Understand complex enterprise business challenges and map them to appropriate SAP/SaaS/Cloud solutions.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions with customers.
- Develop customized value propositions and commercial proposals.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell business outcomes rather than simply products or services.
5. End-to-End Deal Ownership
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle:
- Prospecting → Qualification → Discovery → Solution Mapping → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Manage complex and high-value enterprise negotiations.
- Drive large-ticket deals, including multi-year and high-value contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.6. GTM & Account Strategy
- Develop regional and account-level go-to-market strategies.
- Identify whitespace opportunities within target accounts.
- Build account plans for strategic enterprise prospects.
- Work closely with SDR/BDR teams on targeted outbound campaigns.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, delivery, marketing, SDR/BDR, and leadership teams.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to implementation/account management.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to successfully close complex enterprise opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:
1. B2B Enterprise Sales
- Minimum 8+ years of direct B2B enterprise software/technology sales experience.
- Experience must be primarily within the Indian domestic market.
- Strong exposure to enterprise-level customers and complex sales cycles.
2. SAP Sales Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of recent and active SAP sales experience.
- SAP sales must be a current/core area of expertise.
- Experience selling SAP solutions, services, licenses, implementation, or related SAP offerings is required.
3. Hunter Profile
- Proven experience acquiring net-new logos.
- Must have personally generated and closed new business.
- Candidates whose experience is primarily account management, farming, customer success, strategy, or team management without individual hunting responsibility should not be considered.
4. Individual Sales Performance
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding individual annual sales quotas.
- Resume must clearly mention:
- Individual annual sales target
- Individual achievement
- Revenue/bookings/ARR closed
- Major enterprise deals personally closed
Team, regional, or company-level revenue figures will not be considered as substitutes for individual performance.
5. C-Suite Selling
Hands-on experience selling directly to senior decision-makers, including:
- CFO
- CIO
- COO
- CPO
- CDO
- Business/IT Heads

Minimum 60% aggregate marks in:

8. Location & Travel
Candidate must currently be based in, or be willing to relocate to:
Must be comfortable with pan-India travel approximately 3 days per week as required for enterprise customer meetings.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
