A Primary Marathi Teacher is responsible for building a strong foundation in the Marathi language for young learners, typically in Grades 1 to 5. The focus is on making language acquisition fun, interactive, and engaging through basic grammar, vocabulary, and cultural stories. The teacher helps students transition from learning individual letters to reading short stories and writing basic sentences, while fostering a love for the language. [1]Key Responsibilities

Teach Basics: Introduce the Marathi alphabet (Mulakshare), phonics, word formation, and simple sentence structures.
Design Activities: Create interactive lessons using poems, action songs, storytelling, and language games.
Develop Skills: Build foundational listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
Assess Learning: Evaluate students through oral recitations, dictation (Shrutlekh) tests, and creative worksheets.
Manage Classrooms: Maintain a patient, warm, and highly engaging classroom environment suitable for young children.
Collaborate with Parents: Meet parents regularly to discuss child development and suggest simple home-practice methods. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marathi (B.A.) or any graduate degree with Marathi as a main subject.
Professional Training: Diploma in Education (D.Ed.), Elementary Teacher Training (ETT), or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
