SEO & Digital Marketing Executive (Hybrid)

We are looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about growing websites, generating organic leads, and creating data driven marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on SEO.

Your responsibilities include:

Perform keyword research.
Create and implement complete SEO strategies.
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve SEO issues.
Build high quality backlinks through ethical link building techniques.
Perform on page and off page SEO.
Improve website rankings for targeted keywords.
Optimize Google Business Profiles for local SEO.
Generate organic leads without relying on paid advertising.
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Generate weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO implementation.
Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of On Page, Off Page, and Technical SEO.
Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Ability to perform SEO audits using free or available SEO tools.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of backlink outreach and link building.
Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
Ability to generate and analyze SEO reports.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1 to 3+ years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
SEO certifications are an added advantage.
