JD:

Planning and Scope:

Define project goals and scope: Clearly outline the project's objectives, deliverables,

and boundaries.

Develop a project plan: Break down the project into manageable tasks, create a

timeline, and identify dependencies.

Identify and manage risks: Proactively assess potential risks and develop mitigation

strategies.

Execution and Monitoring:

Assign tasks and manage team: Delegate tasks to team members, track progress,

and provide support.

Communication and collaboration: Ensure clear communication between

stakeholders, facilitate team collaboration, and manage expectations.

Monitor progress and address issues: Track project progress against the plan,

identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Manage budget and resources: Stay within the allocated budget and optimize

resource utilization.

Reporting and Closure:

Prepare reports and updates: Effectively communicate project progress,

performance metrics, challenges, and key learnings to stakeholders, tailoring

messaging to their specific needs and interests.

Manage project documentation: Maintain accurate records of project decisions,

plans, progress, lessons learned, and ensure proper archiving for future reference.

Project handover: If applicable, smoothly transition project deliverables and

knowledge to operational teams or future project phases.

Stakeholder Management:

Proactively engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project

lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.

Address concerns and answer questions in a timely and informative manner.
Solicit feedback and incorporate valuable insights into project decisions and

adjustments.

Celebrate successes and milestones to maintain stakeholder buy-in and motivation.

Secure leadership alignment with project goals and priorities throughout the project lifecycle

Functional Expertise and Domain Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of a client's business and industry: Conduct research,

ask questions, and actively engage with stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of

the client's domain.

Identify and manage functional dependencies: Proactively assess project tasks that

rely on specific areas of expertise (e.g., marketing, finance, legal) and collaborate

with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Leverage your domain expertise: Identify gaps in the client's knowledge or

challenges your specific knowledge can address.

Consider emerging trends: Suggest solutions that capitalize on new technologies,

market shifts, or regulatory changes.
