Position: ERP Implementation Trainee

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Experience: 0– Y1ears

Salary: 15000 to 20000

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Pump / Production Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Executive who can handle day-to-day ERP operations, data management, and coordination with different departments. The candidate should have good knowledge of ERP systems, reporting, data accuracy, and basic process understanding of accounts, inventory, purchase, sales, and production modules.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily ERP entries and system updates.

Maintain master data such as Item Codes, BOM, Customer, Vendor, and Employee records.

Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Production, and Sales departments for ERP-related activities.

Generate MIS reports, stock reports, production reports, and pending reports.

Monitor ERP transactions and ensure data accuracy.

Support users in resolving ERP issues and basic troubleshooting.

Track inward, outward, inventory, and production entries in ERP.

Ensure timely posting of purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and material movement.

Follow up with departments for pending entries and documentation.

Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and process improvement activities.

Maintain proper records and system documentation.

Skills Required

Good knowledge of ERP software.

Basic understanding of Inventory, Purchase, Accounts, and Production process.

Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to handle data accurately and maintain reports.

Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
