Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a ServiceNow BPC, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while safeguarding compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective changes is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing maintenance.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
Ability to work with APIs and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools to enhance application functionality.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining system stability.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
