Role Description

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who will work directly with the Founder to help keep the business running smoothly.

This isn't a traditional administrative role. You'll become a key part of the day-to-day operations of the studio—managing priorities, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll be responsible for calendar management, travel coordination, internal and external communication, document preparation, meeting notes, expense tracking, and project coordination across different teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You should enjoy creating structure, anticipating needs before they arise, and helping leaders focus on high-impact work.

What You'll Do

Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate travel, events, and internal scheduling.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
Track expenses and assist with basic administrative and financial coordination.
Follow up on action items and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Support operational initiatives and improve internal processes wherever possible.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Experience in a creative agency, consulting firm, startup, or branding environment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
