HR Executive

Location: Mowa, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations and handle all major HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, incentives, and employee queries.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliance in coordination with relevant teams/consultants.
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and day-to-day employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes as required.
Monitor performance management, appraisals, and employee confirmations.
Handle disciplinary matters and workplace issues professionally.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, attendance reports, manpower reports, and other management reports.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
Manage HR administration and general HR-related activities.
Ensure proper compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Support management in improving employee retention, discipline, and workplace culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in HR roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Ability to independently manage multiple HR functions.
Candidate should be responsible, proactive, and comfortable handling HR operations independently.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have handled complete HR operations independently and have experience managing both employee-related and administrative HR activities will be preferred.
